Peanut On Main - Kansas City

I was really let down. Despite all the buzz surrounding the wings, they were barely seasoned, and the crinkle-cut fries were just ordinary. I had heard from several people and read online that these wings were the best in Kansas City, but they definitely did not live up to the hype. On the plus side, it was affordable; I guess it's best enjoyed with some drinks.

Visit this restaurant during off-peak hours if you can spare a little time for your food to be cooked to order, especially if you’re not trying to accommodate a large group. The wings are amazing, especially if they get the cooking time just right—crispy and perfectly roasted. I really enjoy this place; it feels like stepping back into your dad's old neighborhood sports bar (my dad grew up in Queens, NY). The beer is affordable, and the atmosphere captures the rich history of the venue.

The food was good, but customer service was mediocre . Also, you have to come in through some dingy backdoor, and it was weird!! The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while, and there was a stench that lingered the whole time we were there. I don't think we'll be coming back any time soon!!!

This place has the best wings in Kansas City. Their drinks are also strong as hell.

This fantastic neighborhood sports bar offers delicious bar food, and their jumbo wings are simply the best you'll find anywhere—definitely give them a try! The service is consistently excellent as well!
