If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Every time I tried to order from the load on the 64th road, one part if not most of my order was ground in some way. can never get fresh food as it tastes as if it sits under a heat lamp all day, and my cinnamon friends were cold until I was home, a maximum of 5 minutes away. all this is above when they even open to the mentioned times around the load without any indication that service cannot be provided due to the situation.
I am a door locker and my recent experience let me put 20 minutes in the drive-thru line, because the load is closed early and as soon as I came to the loudspeaker, they said that the load is closed. no excuse, no explanation. I had to keep my orders and lose gas and not go on until I could get out when I drive. the only hint at the lobby door was that the lobby was closed and could pick up orders in the drive-thru, so this was neither a pleasant experience.
They will never order right. that should be eating as it is on the order screen, but never is. the customer service does not exist at this place in parkville. they cannot expect customers to continue to come to a place that sucks so badly
Lately, this Taco Bell has made a big turn around. It’s had some struggles in the past but it’s made some obvious positive changes. I’ve had really good food here recently. I even had the best Taco Bell burrito I’ve ever had, yesterday. That’s saying a lot. I hope they keep it up.
