Wendy's - Kansas City

There was no option for me to choose zero stars. When we called them to know that they had messed up our order, they were not only very rude, but they hung us up.

I wanted to get some food. the line was incredibly long so we parked to walk in. there were people eating at the table, but the doors were closed at 18 o'clock. sign on the door said the lobby was open until 10 o'clock. So I tried to call the number so why and twice nobody answered it until I had to hang up. that was the legendary place. will not be back.

This place was quite good once. clean, friendly staff, decent eating. everything they want in a fast food business. was once, but not anymore. tonight, my wife and I stopped at 5 o'clock for a burger on the way home. first note was that the half of the chairs stood on the tables as if they were closed. we asked a co-worker if he was open. he said he had to check with his manager. a moment later he returned to tell us we could eat here. I ordered a single cheese comb while my wife ordered an salate. the food came and we crossed the area over terrible sticky floors and sat at one of the few tables where the chairs were on the sticky floor. while we ate, the first hired remained busy putting all the chairs on tables. we were the only customers in what was once very busy wendy’s. our evening entertainment was to be heard, the kitchen staff were telling stories about their weekend. after the closure of our meal, which was quite good, we left the first hired on the parking lot that kept a friend. decent foods, attentive and rude coworkers, dirty floors and broken toilet hand dryer summarizes our experience quite together.

Order a large meal, gets a medium. Order a side of baconator fries, didn't even get the other fries with my meal. Order took a long time to get done. Good food but slow/bad service. Not recommend unless your craving Wendy's bad.
