The restaurant was quite busy on Labor Day, but the staff was polite and efficient, even during the hectic lunch rush. I really enjoy the $5 Biggie Bag – it’s such a great deal!
I went to get food and found an incredibly long line, so I decided to park and go inside. However, despite seeing people eating at tables, the doors were locked at 6 PM. A sign on the door indicated that the lobby was supposed to be open until 10 PM. I tried calling the restaurant twice to find out what was going on, but no one answered; it just kept ringing until I had to hang up. This was at the Legends location, and I won’t be returning.
Walked into the lobby and a female employee was sitting on the counter with her back to the lobby. When she noticed I was standing at the counter. She slid off of the counter and walked over to the drive thru area. There was a male employee workingat the fry and nugget station. He looked in my direction several times without even offering to get someone to take my order oreven acknowledge that I was there. I asked if anyone was working today and still nobody offered to assist me. I was in the lobbyfor a little over 5 minutes and then walked out. Very disappointed. If I could give this review a zero, I would.
There was no option for me to choose zero stars. When we called them to know that they had messed up our order, they were not only very rude, but they hung us up.
