Bit of a communication break down but in the end all good. Meat is ready earlyish (6pm or earlier) and a lot of it is presold to the locals who come down and takeaway a couple of kilos of pig. You must book!! They put some aside for us as we couldn’t get there till 7.30pm. Tender, succulent pork cooked on the spot. Lamb is available but minimum quantity applies. I think 4 kg. The place is not flash at all but like I said , predominantly it does takeaway for the locals.

Oh man, I ordered takeout food for new years party, it was soo delicious the new year lasted 3 days!
