I sit down one afternoon and order 5 skewers before starting my journey. The store had few groups. The order never came so after 55 minutes of waiting I left. I don't know if the prices they say, such as €1 per skewer, were valid because they never brought me a menu. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Located 6 kilometers out of Giannina city this traditional tavern reminds us how the taverns usually was in Greece 30-40 years ago. They offer Greek souvlaki, which for me was the most tasteful pork souvlaki i have had tasted the last years . You may also try a lot of other beautiful dishes from pork and chicken like big souvlaki the call it kontosouvli and the Greek speciality of kokoreci .All of of them are very nice. Even the fries , potatoes are excellent.Prices are comparatively speaking good. The place is on the highway to the Thessaloniki and Athens and so you can have a free parking in front of the tavern or nearby. The service is almost excellent comparing to the time you may visit the place.I strongly suggest a visit there whenever you are nearby. The place is indicated also for families and children.This a real big estate. If you want only one thing to taste that is their traditional local sausage which is being offered in a kalamaki souvla like a traditional souvlaki. All the meat derivatives are prepared on open fire of karvouna.
