Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI had a great experience at chili's tonight. I got the Texas cheese fries and the $5 Watermelon margarita. I was very pleased with both! There fries tasted great, and the margarita was absolutely delicious! The service was great and everything was clean.I have zero complaints and I would definitely recommend!
Our first time at this chilies was great. We sat at the bar and the server was nice and attentive. We decided to go back there and the second time around was a horrible experience. We have never been treated with this much disrespect at a restaurant. As aSaturday we thought it would be busy so we were prepared to wait a few minutes before being seated however when we pulled up wecould see from the windows half of the tables were empty. We walk in and the server did not greet us but that?s okay, we didn?ttake it personally and did not let that ruin our experience, we told him table for two and he says it?ll be a 5 minute wait. Wesat down waiting, even though I found it strange that we had to wait when half the tables were empty. Not even one minute laterhe comes back to take us to our table which was next to 4 other people on all sides so this was not covid related. At this pointwe did not appreciate the fact that the host could not do his job properly and was indecisive and asked us to wait 5 minuteswhen half the place was empty and come back within a minute. This shows he has not been paying attention at all to his job andis definitely not attentive and caring to his customers. Not to mention the fact that his attitude screamed ? I don?t want to behere?. Again, we decided that was not going to ruin our experience and thought maybe he had a bad day, we all do sometimes.After waiting for a while, no one came to our table to take our drinks or even simply to introduce themselves or evenacknowledge us. That did not happen the first time we went there and it has not happened at other restaurants we have been to.My husband asks the host if our server knows we?re there and if they will come greet us soon, to which the host replies ?YOU CANJUST GET UP AND LEAVE YOU DONT HAVE TO BE HERE?. I believe that being a rude customer is not okay, many of us work with peopleeveryday and we don?t want anyone being rude to us so I don?t agree with customers being rude to
The food is fantastic, the restaurant is spotless, and the Mason Swagg truly lives up to its name. This location is a clear winner. The service was outstanding and quick!
This Chili's location is fantastic! Our server, Amanda, was amazing! She made sure our drinks were always full, even before we requested refills, and our orders were perfect. She did an excellent job managing both the bar and the area of the dining room we were seated in. I especially appreciated how she took the time to listen to my kids and take their orders directly from them, which I know made them feel special too.
I just want to express my gratitude for the amazing hospitality I received. Alex Preston is truly one of a kind. I've never felt as valued and at home as I did here. Love you all!
