I didn't make a picture of everything, but the Umami in there is just blowing up his head. Especially beautiful if you can take a place with a view into the garden. Also attention if your walking inside there are very low bars hanging around you hit your head with.
We had an excellent sushi dish here for lunch. It was a bit expensive (1,500), but it was worth it. The restaurant has traditional Japanese design and there is a small garden. We have the table with garden view and it was really nice experience. The service is very good. The staff is polite and nice. I can very much welcome this restaurant.
We decided to make a day trip to Kawagoe to see some older Japanese sites while getting some Ryotei experience. Ryotei in Japanese simply implies traditional high-class Japanese restaurant; Name derived from ryō food, kitchen (maintained by ryōri; by Middle Chinese) tei pavilion, elegant residence built in the style of a traditional summer house, often used as the last element in restaurant name. We had difficulty finding this place because the entrance saw a non-descript wooden door on the pavement. When you enter the gate, go down a narrow path that finally opens to a typical Japanese village type building just fantastic. The indoor deco was great and we have a look next to the window and look into the small Japanese garden. We could see how the cooks prepared our lunch and we were simply blown away from the beauty and simplicity of the dishes presented and with taste. We absolutely loved this place and would recommend it.
Excellent! Cosy and beautiful place, fresh and decent Sushi
Furin Restaurant. Located in a hidden alley way so easy to miss. Beautifully maintained garden and old Tokyo ambiance. Excellent good though a bit pricey. Worth the experience!
