I was there early, so the restaurant was almost empty. it was a great experience because I could sit in a standing area. If I could go there every day, I would live in the Nagano Prefecture.
Located in the basement, once inside it was comparable to the Taco Bells in America. It doesn't have the same menu, but many of the favorites are there. the prices are a bit higher, but you get a better quality product. If you're visiting from America, do try the limited Okonomiyaki menu. It's a fun fusion of an Osakan staple with a mix of mexican ingredients. The fries are also a lot better than the ones in America, less soggy and more crispy. The cheese and sauces are extra but the drinks are free refills, which is my favorite part after being in Japan for a while. Decor was pleasant but this location was a bit dirty. The awnings were dusty and the restroom was definitely due for a cleaning. I think they were short staffed that day so I hope it's not a regular occurrence.
I tried their taco with crust made of fried chicken. It good but I think I prefer the original. Tables could be wiped a bit more frequently.
Satisfy the craving! The place here is cleaner than the one at Dogenzaka. They have the originals and that definitely hits the spot. Grilled burrito and taco supremes were always my favorite and I was super excited to find them here. If a taste of home junk food is what you are looking for, or just some Mexican food, definitely drop by!
