Fiesta Bonita Mexican Grill Cantina

Fiesta Bonita is my favorite spot for Mexican food. I was so eager to dig into my order that I nearly forgot to snap a photo. Their Chicken Taquitos are my top choice for DoorDash! The Nachos Fiesta in the picture are also a great option. I did pop them in the microwave for a bit to warm them up after the drive, but they were still delicious! Yum!

The seafood burrito is absolutely delicious! I'm really impressed by everything I've tried here. While it may seem a bit pricey, the portions are quite generous.

I also ordered a chicken dish with white sauce, and it was just as disappointing—mostly slimy onions, a tiny amount of chicken, and a couple of sliced mushrooms, accompanied by more stringy, uncooked bell peppers. The tamales looked like they were leftover from someone else's meal the day before. Additionally, there was hardly any sauce on the cheese enchiladas or anything else, for that matter. The fajitas were supposed to come with guacamole, but it was barely more than a tablespoon. There was no salsa either. In short, Fiesta Bonita is simply not worth the money these days. Unfortunately, this seems to be the case for many places now.

The fajita quesadilla is a go-to for my partner, and it NEVER disappoints. I always have to have some. The enchiladas en mole were such a wonderful and unique flavor. And out of curiosity, we decided to get the cheeseburger and fries and were so pleasantly surprised. I feel like these folks make better burgers and fries than most of the places in Kelso/Longview. You could tell they make their own patties and the burger was cooked so perfectly. My favorite restaurant in the area.

Fiesta really cutting back on portions. And increasing prices. I know fluctuation is a thing but jeeze. 80$ for my wife and I kinda disappointing. But food was decent.
