Add a salad and steak frits and its best meal you can eat on a Friday night. The fried jalapeños are amazing and dive into their homemade ranch. PERFECTION!
It?s an OK sandwich but overpriced. The bread is good, just regular shredded lettuce, and limited veggies-nothing special. $20 for a toasted footlong, and they charged extra for addtl veggies and to toast it, which seemed stingy.
Our first visit to Hoagie Ranch was a very pleasant surprise. We live out of town and stopped for lunch. The menu has a lot to offer, and the food we ate was wonderful. The meatball sub was huge and couldn't be finished. The gyro was juicy and delicious. The atmosphere is homey, and the lines of hanging lunchboxes from years gone by even had a couple I recognized from my past. Service was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
The food was delicious. I ordered a burger while Duke had a pastrami sandwich and fries. We also ordered some beer-battered onion rings, which were tasty but didn't finish them because they tasted fishy. I ended up eating my onion rings, as well as Duke's fries (since they were fried in the same oil). The young waitress was incredibly friendly and kind. I enjoyed looking at all the vintage lunchboxes for a nostalgic touch.
I had a fantastic Italian sandwich at this restaurant! I would definitely recommend it to all of my friends and family.
