I ordered online and picked up my food, but when I got home, I realized my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant, and they initially claimed that I hadn’t ordered from them before hanging up on me. I tried calling back, but they wouldn’t answer for a while. When I finally reached someone, they said they could replace my order, but when I asked for their name, they refused to provide it and hung up on me again. Now, they aren’t answering my calls at all. This experience has been extremely unprofessional and very rude.

I was disappointed! At first there was a communication problem when ordering my drink, even though I ordered it in Spanish. Other cartridges were served chips and salsa before I was, they came 10 minutes AFTER I did. Yes, they were a little busy(25-30 PEOPLE) but they had 4 people who worked the bar area (one stood there who was nothing but flirting with the men at the bar) and only staff who worked the restaurant area was out of the kitchen (the food delivery). After I finished my meal (Taco Salat and Guacamole and a 32oz drink), I put my garbage on my plate and pulled it to the outside edge of the table (for my waiter to see that I was finished). I sat there for 20 minutes watching how the staff behind the bar waited for someone to make eye contact so I could get bill and go, finally I got up and went to register to wait by waiter with Bill... I looked at my bill and it was $18.71...for a taco salad and guacamole and drink!!! I told the waiter that this was my third and last time to eat there. his answer? We're busy. I said you have 4 people behind the bar and no one works the restaurant. Answer? We're busy. My opinion? Just go there if you want to drink are male and hispanic. You have to change the shield to the Jalisco Bar.
