Mcdonald's - Kenosha

I had an issue with my order at this restaurant, but the new assistant manager Derek handled it very professionally. I believe this McDonald's location will improve greatly with employees who genuinely care about the customers. Derek is going to refund the money for the mistake made with my order and even offered me a free meal as well. Thank you Derek for your excellent customer service!

Best dumpster to dive into in Kenosha.I love going here to wait 20 minutes for cold food missing half my order.My own fault.You'd think I would learn.Just in August 23' the manager cussed me out for saying it's unacceptable to yell at his employees and scold them publicly.When half of Kenosha was burnt down in 2021, this was the only building they missed.Yea... I'm bitter.Just wait, you will be too.Cheers ?Vegetarian options: McDonald's doesn't care about vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: Unprofessional and aggressive atmosphere.Not recommended for children.

The restaurant is decent. The food is too salty for my taste, but I really enjoy their mango smoothie and iced caramel drink.

The dining area is generally pretty clean, but the service is so bad that it doesn’t really matter. Some of the employees are very polite, but others just walk around talking to each other or listening to music missing the customers around them. Wait times are inexcusably long. You get the impression that they’re prioritizing carry-out and Uber Eats orders over the drive-thru and dine-in orders. I pretty regularly see lines of 4+ people by the register waiting for food they’ve ordered and the drive-thru is almost always wrapped nearly around the building. Once you get the food it’s what you can typically expect from McDonalds.Maybe if the company paid people a little more they’d attract more than literal children to run the restaurant. CEO Chris Kempczinski is going to need to cut some of that 17.8 million dollar salary to pay his employees a living wage…Parking: The parking is adequate but some of the spots can become blocked by the cars waiting in the drive-thru.

This place is just terrible, theyn just ignored me and the cars next to me in line go to keep rolling thru and placing their orders even though i was there wayyyy before
