Although I usually prefer my food spicier, a dash of chili flakes did the trick. What made the experience even better was the incredibly friendly staff who provided many recommendations and suggestions. After feeling disappointed by the lack of seating and power outlets at Pret and Starbucks in London, stumbling upon Crush was a pleasant surprise.
As you exit Notting Hill Tube Station, you'll spot this restaurant. The friendly staff warmly welcome you. They offer a variety of delicious ready meals in clean packaging to choose from. However, there is no seating available. You can also order a coffee, which is surprisingly cheaper compared to other places I've been to. Although the coffee tastes like water, it is served hot. Overall, it's a mixed experience with good and bad qualities. The staff and food are great, but the lack of seating and watery coffee are drawbacks. The affordable prices and quick service won me over.
I ordered the fat burner booster and two desserts. I believe they are both great options for those looking to stay in shape. The lemon cake is particularly tasty, with the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. The booster is also very refreshing, made with strawberries, blueberries, and more.
Fabulous food. Everything on the shelves appealed to me. Choosing wasn't easy! Staff very helpful and pleasant.
I really enjoyed my delicious, very expensive (6 pounds), large juice, which was some mix of fruit and veggies with ginger (I think it was called the Purifier). It was VERY spicy so tread lightly if ginger is a problem. Friendly service, seating upstairs. Their card says they have breakfast, lunch, and dinner; smoothies, raw juice, hot food, salads, sandwiches, and coffee. While we only stopped for juice, everything else we saw looked nice.
