I needed to use the restroom after he'd gone and got our food and the lady told me if I wasn't a customer I couldn't use the restroom. I tried to explain that I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT FOOD but that didn't stop her from telling me I needed to leave and wasn't allowed to use the facilities. Horrible customer service. Thanks for nothing!
Subway is a great place to pick up a 6 inch or foot long sandwich when you are in the mood for something fresh and yummy. They offer all the standard normal Subway sandwiches and you can modify you sandwich as you like. Now certain options and substitutions will add additional charges. You can have your sandwich hot or cold, all up to you. You can also make it a meal deal with chips and soda. They will cut your sandwich in half, thirds or quarter, but you should specify your cut or they'll just cut it in half.
Not the best, but i still go there occasionally. wish they had swiss cheese.
I ordered 3 subs online from this restaurant and after a short wait of about 25 minutes, I went to pick them up. However, when I arrived and provided my name and order, the staff told me they had not received any orders. After showing them the online confirmation with the store address to prove I was in the right place, it was clear there was a problem with their system. I offered to place a new order in person, but needed assistance canceling the online order. The staff said they did not know how to cancel it and after contacting the owner, I was told they could not do anything and would call me the next day to follow up. I have not heard back from them and the online order status says it has been picked up. Dealing with this issue has been frustrating and the staff's handling of the situation has been poor. I am left with no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the charge, as the owner does not seem interested in rectifying the situation with their customer.
This restaurant has been struggling for some time, in my opinion. Initially, it was understaffed with only one person working. If there were more than two people in line, it would take 15-20 minutes to receive a sandwich. I'm not sure if this has changed. On a recent visit, I had concerns about cleanliness. The employee who assisted me did not wash their hands (even though they were using their phone) before putting on gloves. This defeats the purpose of wearing gloves, as they then touch the outside of the gloves. This means that the employee spread germs to all the food they handled. Additionally, while making my sandwich, the employee removed their mask, turned around, and coughed without covering their face. I understand not wanting to wear a mask, but they could have at least covered their face, washed their hands, and put on new gloves. Instead, the employee coughed without covering and spread germs around the food preparation area. As someone who has worked in food service before, I found this behavior disgusting. Much of it would have been unacceptable even before COVID-19. In the future, I will go to the Subway located nearby, even though it is slightly farther away.
