Food was preordered specially ordered. Not on the main menu. It was really good. That being said I thought it would be ready sooner than it was. It took probably 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru. Service was okay. Like I asked for a couple of things on the side, (that didn't happen at all), then there was an item or 2 missing. Bummer since I did pay extra for them. As far as atmosphere? I'm not sure exactly what kind of atmosphere one expects thru the drive thru of a taco bell ? It was quite costly for taco bell when it was all totalled. $25-30 for 5 items with what I wanted on them. Rather expensive!
Specifically a young woman from the 2101 East Dorothy Lane kettering location gives more than 100%. This was my second encounter and I will go to this location because of her professionalism and kind demeanor. Much respect.
Made our purchase and ate inside. Staff was friendly, Food was delicious and the place was clean. Overall, a great experience! 5 stars!
Just curious if any of the employees here can actually read. I've placed several mobile orders at this location and they have always been wrong. It happened again today. Shame on me, I guess, for continuing to order food from here. But seriously, how hard is it to read a mobile order and get it right?
