20 minutes waiting for a frappe? better. terrible attitude of the employees and bad service. don't waste your time or your money.

Absolute terrible customer service. rude coworkers who think it acceptable to talk about customers in their faces and to laugh at a shift manager who was.

Went through the last night at 5. ordered sugar cookie latte and cheeseburger. I laughed, but I had to wait for my cheeseburger.
