Great food and cheap, considering that we are on an island. We have the prosciutto and goat cheese bites covered with pecans and honey? Jummy! We also got the wings, the light bread, which was crispy and came with ranch, buffalo sauce and ketchup for the fries. We share the burger? asked for a cheeseburger but it came without cheese. Not enough to send it back because it was still very good. We are happy to come back tomorrow. About 10 minutes by car from Princeville Westin.
Casual place, very good food and live evening music. We enjoyed very much and had a very nice time. Definitely a place to go many times! Ohhhhh! Great price and service.
Local ingredients including delicious seafood with a slight Korean spin. The restaurant terrace is nice, but requires reservations well in advance, the bar and the back room do walk-ins on the same menu. Traditional cocktails meet the island's desire.
(Kauai Resident) I used to love The Bistro, their food was exceptionally good quality at such a reasonable price, I don't know what happened to them but they have really taken a dive, we just ordered some food to go and were very disappointed, the braised beef looked NOTHING LIKE THE ONLINE MENU, the fish rockets were $14 and they only gave us 2 (there's usually 4, we've gotten it before) with a little bit of cabbage salad and threw it in a box, the chili pepper chicken was the only item that was a good portion and it was so incredibly salty we had to stop eating it. For $50 you'd expect more from a place like this. We heard their menu has changed since there being a new chef, I hope they go back to the old recipes because we loved them.
