He said hands down, it was the best food he had here (broiled seafood plate and coconut cake), and that it was comparable to the best places he ate in Charleston.
So a wonderful place to eat, so what if there is a little duck tape on the seat, it lets you know that the descent was well used, I count myself happy to eat in times because they are very busy. I've come to Lee's for 53 years, I remember when there was a bar stool along the wall, near where the checkout is now, that wasn't yesterday, even before the adjacent eating zone was added, that the image has always been there on the back wall, so memories and duck band stands and great food with 5 star attape every day, with great staff and smiling faces
Delicious country breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese, scrap, toast and coffee. And service to our waitress, Jennifer, was top-notch! A great culinary experience with my former school classmates. Very recommended.
We came here for the first time, but it won't be the last. The chicken fried steak was delicious and the service was great. We found a new regular dive site.
Always great food! Fried chicken is old fashioned, delicious fried chicken. I don't like stewed tomatoes but Lee's are amazing. If you leave without the coconut pie you really missed your treat for the day. Old fashioned, old style, home cooking!! Yummy!
