Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI've been popping in here on occasion since they opened (hmm....20+ years ago? <br/ Heh...I remember that they often weren't open Sundays as they just didn't think they were busy enough. : <br/ Now, this little gem has become just about everyone's favourite! : <br/ Amazing what you can do with a few microwaves, some soup pots and a hotplate or two. : <br/ Yes, that's right, for those that have never been there's no dedicated kitchen here only a girl running around like mad at the end of the bar getting all of the food orders prepared with lightning speed. : <br/ I have a hard time NOT getting their beef brisket sandwich SO amazinging good! : Their soups are always SO very good as well! : Side caesar salad is always a good option though if you don't have your stretchy pants with you. : <br/ <br/ Yes, this is named after Clint Eastwood's bar in Carmel, California (which I've also been to . The naming is where the similarities end the one in California is huge and mostly patio : And a tex mex menu. :
We were most impressed by the food service at Hawgs Breath in Kincardine We ordered the Chicken Parmesan and Bagel Skins sandwich, both with soup. The owner of the restaurant also treated us with some tasty desserts. She ran us down to let us know there was an open table available, which was amazing news after being turned down at every other place we had tried. 10/10 recommend if you’re ever in the area!
We had decided to re-visit Kincardine after many years being away. The town is still looking great and Lake Huron never fails to complete that image. After reading a few reviews, we decided to have our lunch at the Hawgs Breath Saloon. All we have to say about this place is this: Great customer service! Amazingly delicious food! (You might not have room for dessert because their portions are plentiful. Great ambience! A place that we'll definitely return to.
Delicious food, great tap selection, fast friendly service. I'm amazed and impressed at the quality and variety of food they serve with such a small area!
A very friendly greeting was received upon entry which set the course to a most enjoyable lunch. Had the potato, bacon, leek soup and feta salad. My husband had the chicken parmigiana on a ciabatta which was very tasty. Would recommend this place for sure
