Maggiano's King Of Prussia

I had a terrible experience at brunch! I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for that meal. They really should focus on their pasta and dinner options instead. Additionally, our waiter forgot part of our order and wasn’t very attentive. Overall, it was not a good experience and felt like a waste of money.

We always have a great experience at Maggiano's, which is why we keep returning. Freddy, our waiter, is fantastic!

The restaurant was overly crowded, and each time I visit, I find myself getting bumped into multiple times.

We had a good time. I was disappointed, however, that we couldn't finish our salads without having our entree getting cold since it was delivered so quickly after we received our salad. We have had better times at this restaurant but overall was nice.

My dishes (Maggiano's salad, fried zucchini, and cheese stuffed shells bolognese) were excellent as always, and the ambience is great. The drawback was that the host paid no attention to my Open Table preferences, that one of two favorite servers be assigned to my table and that I be seated in a booth. One of the two servers I favor was working in the area where I was seated and could easily have been serving me on a relatively slow night at the restaurant.
