Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We were looking forward to the festive special on a Tuesday nite, what a disappointment. The food was not fresh, the chicken reheated, and the stuffing tasted like it had been exposed to a cleaning agent. The server Chole made our experience so much better. Outstanding service with a smile and so attentive. This company is lucky to have such an excellent server. We will be trying the other location in the future, if we ever return. The cost of dining out is so expensive, so distressing when you feel you wasted your money.

Ordered 1/2 chicken dinner with fries. Chicken was tasty and juicy. Fries were very good. Service was swift and friendly. Waited about 10 minutes for a table but cot bad considering we went at 6:45 PM. I was peasantly surprised by the calibre of the meal as we had basically avoided Swiss Chalet for about a year after 3 bad experiences in a row at another of their locations.

We had a table for 5 on Canada Day . Chicken was overcooked and dry . Roast beef was very overcooked and dry .Don't waste your money .Dine somewhere else. I will not return.

Chicken was great, good menu variety, but service was really slow. Will be hard to return if service is consistently that slow

Placed online order for delivery Sun just after 6pm with an expected delivery time of 7:10. Order arrived at 7:41. The food was cold and items were forgotten. Called to inquire about policy on late delivery and was told that the 50 min guarantee was not valid to high volume of orders. Normal dining in experience has been pretty good for taking my family, but this was extremely disappointing. I will rethink ordering from here in the future.
