Every time we order it takes well over an hour for delivery, it comes cold and always comes wrong. When we ring they say we can have something free which will then take another hour to arrive or we can have a discount code which is always less than the discounts online. Bad service. No one knows what they are talking about on the phones either
My names Charlie Taylor and I am in love with food. I don’t get fed at home so coming here I had high expectations. Instead I ordered cookies and cried into them as they didn’t put enough chocolate chips in them
I made an order from this dominos, after several hours of waiting they said their driver tried to deliver the pizza but couldn 't reach me because my phone number was wrong. They then lied that they have sent my order, but they didn 't. I called them again and another rude, uncouth guy answered the phone and said 'it was my mistake and my order was still with them ' And they would not send it unless they het through with their other orders. I do not recommend.
I went in at 20.55 orderd a personal pizza told it would be 10 minutes at 21 45 my order still hadn't been done I asked for a refund they didn't want to give it to me said they would start making it now I said I can't wait any longer I had a train to catch eventually Simone slamed my money on the side huffing and puffing I had to except cash even though I paid by card and wanted it back on my card staff there are to busy playing in the corridors and not focusing on getting customer orders out
