Hp's Smokehouse Bbq - Kirkland

OMG, if you haven't tried them, I would HIGHLY suggest you do so!!! The potato salad is on point, the macaroni and cheese literally defines comfort food and the baby back ribs? Heaven on a bone, no joke. It is smoky and lovely, the best BBQ I have ever had. Wow!!! Went back for seconds!

So good!!! We had the pork sandwich, brisket, Mac n cheese, yams, and cornbread for lunch today. It was amazing! Best BBQ I’ve had in ages. Thank you so much for having cornbread. Everything was delicious!!

I can't eat the pulled pork sandwich fast enough. And the yams. And everything else. Simple menu, incredible flavor, super nice people LOVE.

Man, I had the Hot Link Sandwich with Fresh Potato Salad. My fiance had the Pulled Pork with Fresh Coleslaw. Flavor out the ying yang with these guys! Not too spicy but plenty of kick. Pulled pork melted in your mouth. That BBQ sauce, though. Divine! To top it off, the gentleman who was manning the smoker came over to us and asked how our meal was and invited us back to see them in Juanita Beach. I wasn't expecting that level of customer care with a food truck. You guys rock!!!
