Burger King - Kissimmee

I can understand if they're understaffed, but there were clearly employees working behind the counter, customers already being served, and I was the only one waiting. What was the deciding factor here? Did the employee simply want to be done for the night? This location consistently surprises me with its poor management. Just a month ago, I visited the drive-thru and was informed they had run out of burger patties—at a Burger King! If this is a franchised location, corporate needs to intervene and fix the situation. From what I know, this BK is the closest one to the Walt Disney World property, yet it seems to put no effort into its operations at all. In contrast, the McDonald's across the street is one of the fastest locations I've ever been to, which makes sense given that it’s a major franchise in a popular tourist area. It's truly baffling to see a restaurant that exemplifies everything that can go wrong in the industry.

The manager is more into her personal life by always texting and the orders are held back waiting on drive true for at least 20 good bye lunch .

The service at the restaurant was pretty slow; it took quite a while for everyone to get their food, and some patrons even started honking in line, while others left. My order was incomplete, but I rated it 2 stars because the staff did come to our window within 5 minutes, which was much faster than others who waited over 15 minutes.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to! We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and in the end, we couldn't place our order because the staff member at the window was extremely rude.

This is one of the most visually stunning Burger Kings I’ve ever seen, but unfortunately, the staff and service are truly lacking. They forgot the sauce, which seems to be a common issue at Burger King, and we had to go through the drive-thru twice to get our order right. I would recommend going elsewhere instead.
