Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

Generally, the service was decent, but today I ordered two items and was instructe to wait at the second window. After 15 cars that had ordered after me were served, I finally waved to the staff member who was delivering food and asked about my order. I realized I had been completely forgotten, sitting there for a full 25 minutes. It seems like everyone else has to park their cars and wait for their food.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. I won't be returning after my third visit. I ordered a number 9, the double cheeseburger meal, specifying no mustard and no pickles. Yet, three times in a row, I received my burger with mustard, pickles, and so much ketchup that you couldn't even see the bun. Honestly, I feel like the employees are messing with people's food.

The shift leader, Natalia, was rude and dismissive. She didn't listen to my concerns and even walked away while I was still trying to talk to her. To top it off, my large fries were actually just a medium size. Additionally, she shoved a Coke in front of me as if to say "here, take this and be quiet," while her colleagues just stared at me instead of doing their jobs. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate about this experience.

I live near this McDonald's and ordered breakfast through the app, then picked it up at the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized they forgot to include my Egg McMuffins. I tried calling, but no one answered, so I had to return in person. I explained the situation, but the staff just shrugged me off. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced, and the manager was no better. They didn't even offer an apology and ignored my request to resolve the issue. I won't be returning to this location.

I ordered a McNuggets Happy Meal using my rewards points. When I got home, I found the box filled with Big Mac sauce and no nuggets at all. It feels like this was done on purpose. I really wish I could say this was just a joke.
