Pollo Tropical - Kissimmee

It was a pleasure to have this again after 2 years of pandemic, but it was such a disappointment! The chicken pieces were very dry and did not taste like before Kovid, almost tasteless....we even went to 2 other locations and found that their chicken were all the same!!! I guess Kovid has a number on this food chain coz it was definitely juicy and tasty as before....and around it from the place was very dirty, tables were left over food and the floors were dirty?

At 5:30 a.m., the pick-up time should be at 6:00 p.m. Waited in the car until 6:15, then decided to go inside to find out what was going on with the order. My job was already on the vault and nobody called him or took him to the car. I checked my order and it was wrong, missing 2 dips, jalapeños and an order completely wrong, so I went in to get correct order. After I went home jalapeños were complete FROZEN!!!

Just look at the yuca. It?s disgusting and dry. Can?t even bite into it. Customer service was terrible. He was literally cursing in front of us. Never coming here again. Save your time and money.

2 stars because the young lady in the window was super nice and a part of my order was decent enough to eat(sandwich)....I asked about Fritten (Kalatokeile) and I recvd Fries who were burned and hard. Absolutely not back!!

Do not order the delivery from this place if you expect to get sauces that you order much less the right item you ordered!! We have several times with 2 different sauces in the ordered and get 0??? We also ordered white rice and got yellow rice in one of our orders. If this location is not able to fulfill online orders for what the customer chooses, then please remove the delivery option.
