Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe haven't ordered subs in a while. We ordered from subway laurentian hills. They were fantastic! The ingredients tasted fresh. Generous on the condiments and the bread was so fresh and yummy!
A bunch of us wanted a light lunch, so I called this location at 11:28am to see if I could order an assorted platter. Apparently, I had to pre-order the day before, but I was told that I could walk in and order individual sandwiches. I drove to the location, told the staff who I was, and asked for 14 sandwiches.However, I was denied service, which was quite amusing. The manager of this location was only willing to serve me after 1 pm. I was told there wasn 't enough bread, yet the bread container was full (as it had been before noon). I asked, What about those breads? and I was informed that they were for other customers. Sadly, there were only two customers in the store, including myself... So, there I was, willing to buy 14 combos, and I was told to wait over an hour just to place the order. :)1. You can 't have the cake and eat and too, don 't be so greedy.2. Take the revenue when the opportunity has been presented! Especially when you can sell at a volume at regular price.I happily took my business to Pita Factory next door, and they were extremely helpful and grateful for my patronage. Their staff even assisted me in loading my orders into my car, even though it was only three bags and I could manage it on my own. Thanks Pita Factory!
I will star this subway zero if there is an option. This store is having worst staff very rude and offending. They are not making subs with care and taste it was dry and to cold even after toasting it. They will not give you things if it is available then also they will hide it and tell not available. They even denied for grilling and said the machine is not working but the have grilled there on food on it.
Worst experience at this outlet!! The lady who was working there was doing everything by her own! She started putting veggies and sausages on her own and didn’t even asked me! And when i asked her to grill my sub she replied that we can’t use it right now if toaster is working than griller is out of service!! What a lame excuse! If you can’t rum two appliances at same time than it’s not an issue to a customer!And she should ask for every veggie before putting in ! Sub is supposed to be made for us not for her! (6th may,2023 4:40pm)
Why is it that when you ask for the free toppings you have to ask 3 and 4 times? I want extra onions put a handfull not 5 or 6 pieces?! I ask for more they put 3 pieces? Also Looking at the containers of the Free Toppings ít doesnt appear that they rotate the old on top of the new, wilted lettuce on the side of the lettuce container, frozen cucumbers...i wont be going back to this Subway again! Didn 't even give me a bag or napkins, just wrapped the sub and handed it to me.
