Definitive Brewing Company Kittery

Definitive has, hands down, the best sour series in probably the whole world (Belgium is a different story) and they have a nice variety of styles. The beers are always rotating so there is a great deal of incentive to keep coming back to try the latest on tap and they never disappoint. I echo all the comments about how awesome Josh is, he makes the experience all the more enjoyable. This location is super convenient from Boston and we come here regularly, as they drop newreleases practically every week. There is a cute patio and the taproom/bar itself is very cozy, so it's the ideal spot at any time of year. The Portland location is less intimate, but it's also a great spot year round, especially for aweekend getaway.

Fantastic beers! Samples of anything on the house. Sours are chock-full of fruit and taste practically like a health food. Best sour beer I've ever tried. Hard seltzers were tart and refreshing.

The blonde girl behind the bar is super rude and only takes drink orders from men. SHE was all over and flirtatious with my husband. Thank you sweetie for the compliment however If you want a good tip you should probably be kind to every customer!
