Cancun Mexican Resturant - Knoxville

So the food was cooked and presented in a timely fashion, if timely is over 18 minutes...lol. it was good to look and taste. We just were seated after a party had ordered so no option was offered until 15 minutes sitting there, we were advised about thebig party and our options to chose were no longer viable.

It's too loud the.sheer echo of the building makes it super hard to eat in a relaxed environment. The food isn't really that great. And the prices compared to other Mexican style restaurants is way to expensive. I don't mind paying the price if the foodis good but this one is mediocre at its best.

Everything was perfect. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Waitress was really good.

Stopped by on a Saturday in between jobs. It was so good. The service was great. The food top notch. Looking forward to eating there again.

We've eaten at Cancun in the past and it used to be good. We went last night and it was a disaster. When we walked in only one table was taken and we had to wait several minutes before we were seated because the hostess didn't know where to seat us. The waitress came to our table right away but she was not friendly at all. We ordered our food and it came out quickly but she forgot part of our order and we had to ask her to go get it. I ordered a chicken dish and it was brought on an iron plate that sprayed grease all over me. The food was terrible, it had no flavor at all. Even the salsa just tasted like canned tomatoes. The chicken just tasted like hot grease and the rice was nearly inedible. Our waitress came back to refill our drinks and spilled it all over our table and just left it. The staff was rude and the food was awful, we won't be back.
