But first, ordered them on the app, paid for them on the app and was told that they didn't have our order until my wife called me then, it's funny how they found the order.But then those $15.00/hr employees showed us who was BOSS.!!!I'LL NEVER DO McDonalds, again.!!!That's because I AM THE BOSS of where I spend my money.!!!
It's a McDonald's, foods o.k., breakfast is better. This store REALLY, REALLY, needs to do something about the employees. During breakfast on Sat, Jan 7, a customer politely mentioned to the girl at the register that an employee in the kitchen was visible with his pants riding below his rear end while prepping food in the kitchen. The employee on the register waited until the customer was almost to the exit, and proceeded to LOUDLY make several comments about how the customer needs to mind their own business. Customer was polite and did not say a word. Several customers left without ordering, I for one won't return to this location.
I worked here 20 years ago. This store has gone downhill as far as customer service and efficiency. Also no free wifi for guests is ridiculous. Its 2022,they have wifi because I can see it and apply for a job here on it but can't take a business meeting here on my laptop.Unacceptable
Imagine ordering a 6 piece nugget in getting only 5 ordering a Hi-C orange and once they hand you your cup they don't tell you they're out of Orange they just make you find out on your own and then last but not least it gives me a Big Mac that is not even edible for a dog their cook needs to be fired I took an Uber to McDonald's for dinner tonight my Uber ride was $12 and my meal was 6 and all I got was 5 nuggets and there is no other options for someone who doesn't drink soda after I already paid for it. Did this location not have the capabilities to do better
The woman in yellow circle is lunatic. She’s the rudest worker I’ve encountered in my life. She would blast a cashier asking a question. Within the next two minutes, a customer was saying to another customer that there are customers waiting and she blasted again saying: “Well, all you have to do is just wait!!!” and left, she’s just LUNATIC (and maybe in hot flash menopause). I don’t know why she works in service industry. She’s more suitable to be a debt-collector with that rudeness. This place (esp her) does not treat customers and employees respectfully.P.s.: the photo is from another review that happens to capture her face.
