Mcdonald's - Knoxville

I became homeless in October 2019, and today, on Black Friday 2021, I found myself broke, homeless, and hungry. A kind stranger approached me and asked what I wanted to eat. She never gave me her name, and before I had the chance to ask, she was gone. However, I managed to snap a picture of her as she ordered a full meal for me. It's heartwarming to know that even in our technologically advanced world, there are still angels out there helping those in need. Thank you, dear lady, for feeding a hungry, disabled homeless veteran today with such grace and kindness.

The restaurant was clean and efficient, allowing for a quick visit. The food was well prepared. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but the drive-thru had a backup of 10 cars.

This location was filthy! The tables and chairs looked like they haven't been cleaned in years! I went with my mother and she can't have a lot of salt so she always asks for no salt on her fries. They added extra salt so she had to ask for them to remake them. They first tried to give her a small when we had medium fries so they had to remake them again and finally got it right. I did notice this and probably the most unsanitary part. The fries that she didn't eat the employees in the back were eating them. Covid or not that is just disgusting! I totally wish we would have gone to the one closer to where I live. I will never go back to this location and I honestly think the should have a surprise health inspection.

I dont ever go to McDonald's but made an exception today and that was a mistake. Burger was ok fries were cold and stale. Drink machine was messed up but didn't have a sign on it nor did they tell people until they asked if a certain drink was out. Then they said oh those drinks don't work on that machine but didn't offer to get the drink you wanted from a working machine. Lady working the register seemed inconvenienced by having to wait on someone. Wasn't offered napkins or any condiments even though they weren't available for anyone to get for themselves. Asked for ketchup and was only given 5 packs for 2 people to eat there meals with. Really sad how most restaurants have become terrible since covid. To think fast food workers want $15 an hour with an $8 an hour work ethic.

This location isn’t very good. The staff are always great, but I’ve been served “out of time frame” food twice now out of the handful of time I’ve stopped here.
