By far the best sushi in all of Koblenz and I've tried a lot. The quality is always outstanding without exception. Above all, the rice for the sushi, which is not given much importance in many restaurants, is simply top notch here. However it is prepared, it harmonizes perfectly with all the remaining ingredients. I can only recommend this shop. If you are there or order, be sure to get the makis with shrimp and spicy mayo and the inside-out roll with grilled salmon skin.

Mit Abstand das beste Sushi in ganz Koblenz und ich habe schon viel probiert. Die Qualität ist ohne Ausnahme immer überragend. Vor allem der Reis für das Sushi, auf den in vielen Restaurants wenig Wert gelegt wird, ist hier einfach Spitze. Wie auch immer dieser zubereitet wird, er harmoniert perfekt mit allen restlichen Zutaten. Ich kann diesen Laden nur empfehlen. Wenn ihr vor Ort seid oder bestellt, holt euch auf jeden Fall die Makis mit Garnelen und spicy Mayo und die Inside-Out Rolle mit gegrillter Lachshaut.
