It's very high-end dining and tastes very good. The bread, which is double-coated with brown butter and double-baked, is delicious. I chose the chief choice; all the dishes are of exceptionally high standard and fresh. There are some molecule cooking skills in the dishes, which take loads of effort. I also tried the bubble tea, which tasted fresh, fruity, refreshing, and strong. Starting with Josephine Oysters (no.2) from France, fresh.

Delicious snacks and starters, with fresh and good ingredients. Good service and nice decor. If you like seafood, I can recommend the place

We had an excellent experience here yesterday. We jaded the 6 course menu with wine pairing and truly enjoyed everything about it. Food was amazing, selection of wines very surprising and phenomenal (among them an orange wine from Georgia that fitted the course really well! , and staff was nice and attentive. Also, great value for the price!

Very nice lunch where we had 5 dishes. Some were excellent but we were disappointed with the scallops as they were just one tiny overcooked scallop. Great service and I learned some new things about the wines we were drinking.

Absolutely fantastic sensory experience. Taste. Fragrance. Device. Wonderful. We chose The Chef's Choice and got six courses. Two starters in particular knocked the legs out from under us potato and peas and trout. We just had to close our eyes and surrender to an absolutely formidable experience. Special praise for making the entire menu lactose free without compromising on the dishes. It was incredibly nice for two lactose intolerant people. Lovely attentive and friendly waiters. However, we had to ask for more water ourselves after sitting with an empty carafe for a while, even though water was ad lib. In addition, water cost DKK 50 per person, which I think is embarrassing. For people who don't drink alcohol, the drinks are a bit limited. There was only one non alcoholic beer. An IPA and if you're not into that sort of thing, there was only juice and water to choose from. It was a bit lacking. We sat at small rectangular tables and you sit just close enough to the neighbours. It was a bit disturbing as it felt like dining out with four other guests. There is more privacy at the round tables. We would have liked to have sat there instead. Acoustics have been thought about, and compared to many other places where you have to shout at each other, it was a pleasure. But it was still not entirely easy to get an earful for a conversation. And it was difficult to hear what the waiters were saying when they presented the food. But all in all an unforgettable good experience. We would love to come again.
