Actual feedback: Today we visited this establishment to use the restroom. I am pregnant and my husband is a soldier. An unfriendly woman (whose name tag we did not notice), a black lady with large braces, refused to let us use the toilet. When we asked if we could use the restroom, she replied (disdainfully, while glaring at us) that it was only for customers. I am shocked by this behavior, as it is the first time this has happened to me in my country. We decided to go to a restaurant nearby where we were welcomed with open arms at a high-quality establishment. I will never forget this unpleasant experience and the woman, who represents the establishment, for a long time. There are few people like her, but they bring harm to the community and the business. The other diners at the restaurant were probably also appalled by her inhumanity. I will be sharing this experience on various platforms, as your treatment of patrons is deplorable.
