Nakin Thai - Kurunjang

I can 't believe I have only just discovered this local gem that has a Cyclo, Vietnamese three-wheel bicycle taxi, sitting proudly at the entrance. Ken (Khoi) and Thu opened their 'Vietnamese Fine Street Food ' restaurant around two years ago and, according to all the reviews I 've read, are impressing folk with their excellent food and friendly service. First up I tried their Beef Phở that was really flavoursome and came with all the trimmings also their Crispy Roast Pork Bánh Mì that is right up there with the best I 've had. I totally agree with the reviews .. great food and really friendly service ... can 't wait to try more off their menu!

I Visited this restaurant for the 1st time on Tuesday Night with a friend of mine and we had the most amazing Food Fantastic Customer Service. We started with probably the tastiest Rice Paper Rolls I have ever tasted as well as Satay chicken skewers which were so yummy. For our mains we shared the fried rice and the steamed salmon. Such beautiful flavours and quality we could not fault. The host and his partner were lovely to chat with and the ambience in the restaurant was relaxing and made us feel very welcome. Best pho tasted in Melbourne and I have been going twice a week since a year back. Fresh and tasty for a good price. I strongly recommend the beef pho, crispy pork, rice paper roll and grilled chiken rice paper roll. Thanks Ken and Shelly for the great food! /Viktor

The food here is all incredibly delicious, fresh and authentic. My friends and I sampled lots of dishes from the menu and everything was excellent. It is also really great value for money. The local family that own the restaurant are lovey too. Highly recommend!
