Great place for smoothies and coffee. They make it fresh when you order it. A wide variety and very tasty!! Definitely recommend

The smoothies and drinks here are probably great. I went trying to order something with fruit and asked if there was Cantaloupe (there wasn 't), and then perhaps a smoothie without a frozen banana (not my thing). Both times the woman looked at me like How dare I question her menu or recipe , like Why would you need to change or take away any of my fabulous ingredients? I decided to order an almond butter croissant. There wasn 't a description of this croissant but I assumed it was like the ones at Starbucks when you order the chocolate or almond croissants and it 's warm and baked together like a fine pastry. I was wrong. It was a warmed up (pretty sure store bought) croissant, cut in half, and spread with the almond butter...like a sandwich. Like I just paid for a peanut butter sandwich with no jelly on flaky bread for almost $5. So I 'm working through that. Again the drinks are probably awesome. I doubt I 'll ever go back but if I do I 'll ask for a coffee and leave it at that. I appreciate the lady for telling me about the drinks but I feel she still had a rudeness to her. I 'm the one with so much audacity.

Awesome food and environment! The service is excellent and the owners are super friendly folks. Their acai is a staple but I also really enjoy the Ironman sandwich. The outdoor garden patio seating is super comfortable too with plenty of cover.

The service here is great. I only suggest asking them to go easy on any sauce that is in your sandwiches. Every time I get anything to go, which is often, within 10 minutes the entire sandwich is a soggy dripping mess. There's TOO MUCH DRESSING ON EVERYTHING. Lesson learned, dressing/sauce on the side from now on

Tucked away in an office Park area adjacent to Torrey Pines State Park and the train tracks, this is a nice little place to grab a quick lunch. The green bowl was great.
