My daughter asked for NO sweet mustard on her Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich, but it was there. And my Italian grilled chicken salad was missing the salami and the cucumbers. It was too far to go back to correct them our order and the girl behind the counter told my daughter when she went into her, she soon closed and asked if we would get it for taking, so we have. It would be nice to compensate for the problem wrong/missing items.
Two, maybe three times in four years. This time the service had only a bad day, I know that people don't want you to stand in line while they don't talk to their employee. And the food this time was simply not fresh, it was average cold and to the point that the bread was soggy. Only a general experience you would expect from a subway, not a high-grade finer quality space.
Put a door-sh place with modifications, they put the entrance with the modifications I had on the bag, but still everything on the sand, what. I have a $2 refund of DoorDash but for a $13 sandwich that is sad I was hungry and have heard so many good things about this place :
