No peppers, or caramelized onions on my sandwich. it said it comes with it??? Not worth the price. sorry.

They said they gave me a 8 sub it was a small so I showed them with a tape measure and that shut up . I'll never come here again ?

Worst customer service we walked in 8:20 pm was not welcoming at all Christina and a young lady extremely rude horrible service never going back everything because we walked in when they were cleaning up again walked in 40 mins before

I’ve notice over time that the 1/2 subs are getting more and more like a 1/3 subs. Fortunately for Firehouse, most people don’t know the difference between a 1/2 1/3. Still great flavor, but I caution you to be careful about diminishing portion sizes.

When I ordered my sub with extra mushrooms I only got a few but when I asked for a small container for the rest of my sub to take it home they gave me a container full which I don’t know why they couldn’t have added the extra mushrooms like that in the begin
