Absolutely delicious eats! Traveled from Port Alberni just to try and will definitely be back down! Huge portions, delicious flavours and top of the list desserts too! As a celiac, definitely in love!

We discovered this hidden gem on our way to the island and we'll definitely be returning every time we pass by! The food is fresh and made in-house. I tried the Buddha bowl with their homemade dressing that was so flavorful I wanted to drink it! My husband had the turkey brie panini, which he raved about. We also grabbed a huge cheese scone for a snack on the road. The baked goods looked fantastic and it took me a while to choose from their wide selection of fresh, pre-made foods. But don't worry, they also offer homemade mac and cheese! The staff is friendly and the market has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

I have been searching for high-quality gluten-free baked goods for over 20 years, and I must say that this place offers the best I have ever had. The taste and texture rival traditional wheat and non-gluten flours. Simply amazing!

Slow slow service. The other day the completely forgot my order, 18min before they acknowledged they screwed up and the girl didn't know how to give a refund.Good food for sure .. service is basic, slow orders.
