Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónHad some morning meetings in Indy and we were driving back north when we realized we were hungry. Well not a whole lot of places unless you want to buy through a window and I kinda like local, so Yelp said try East End Grill- nice place next to Purdue Wife had crab cakes again and thought they were better than the expensive place we went last night and I had the pastrami sandwich which stimulated all the flavor cells that I have left it was gooey with cheese and warmed pastrami- delightful. The staff was sweet and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was very pleasant We would highly recommend!! Dr Ray
This place is overrated in my opinion. I've gone here off and on over the past six years. The first few visits were ok. The acoustics are terrible. It's always packed in here and noisy. It's not somewhere I can take my elderly mother as she can't hear a thing. I can barely hear conversations at my own table. I'm never super impressed with their menu. I don't feel like they have a good variety, and I'm not a picky eater at all. I would always get the House Cut Truffle Fries. I did love them! They were so good. Well, the time before last, we ordered them and they were awful. They were overcooked in what seemed like old grease. Even looking at them they didn't look good. We didn't eat them and made the waiter aware that they were different and not for the better. I figured it must have been a fluke. Maybe someone new in the kitchen. This was months ago. Just visited again last week and ordered the fries again. Still disgusting. We only ate about 6 fries. Our waiter was very nice, but she was really big on the upsell. That's fine. That's how they make money, but what upset me was when she lied to try and get an upsell. When we first sat, she asked if it was our first time. It was one of the girls' first time and she said so. The others had been here before and we didn't say anything so the waiter must have assumed it was the first time for all of us. So when I went to make my usual order, a small caesar salad with added protein, she tried to tell me that you had to order a large salad when you added protein. I told her that I never had to in the past and she quickly amended and said that oh, it's ok then. This place is always packed and people seem to love it. It just isn't my favorite. There are plenty of other places in the Lafayette area that I personally would rather patron.
My favorite fancy restaurant in West Lafayette and Lafayette area. I 'm the biggest fan of their Truffle Fries, and I get it with the entree and/or as an appetizer. My sister loves their Salmon Burger. Servers are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend getting a Reservation through OpenTable if you visit during the weekends or graduation because the place is usually packed!
EXCELLENT!!! Food is amazing and fresh!! So good and the waitress, Jaden, is the best!!
Pretty unique and good tasting food. Service and ambiance were also good. A nice bite to eat for date night.
