Jack In The Box - Lake Forest

This J-n-B is on my way home from work. I stopped by this morning and wanted to try their new smashed burger. I was told that they do not have them now. So I got a sausage with egg and cheese combo. I went through the drive thru. Good thing I always try to set up my food before I start driving. This sandwich was in 3-4 individual parts. I had to put the sandwich back together before I could eat it. The hash brown was cold. However, the small Coke was good and there were no dribbles down the side of the cup. By the time I got my sandwich back together, I was only able to take 1 bite of the hash browns and could not force myself to try any more. The sandwich was also cold by the time I got everything together and was ready to eat. They also have signs up letting you know that if you want an extra sauce you have to pay for it. But, if you order on the app, you don't have to pay extra. I do, usually, like J-n-B over other fast food restaurants but it seems like over the last year they have really gone down hill. Which is sad.

Really good food and came out very quickly. The good food sauce is very good but $0.35 for extra sauce is a bit much

Vita at the drive-thru was polite and very cheerful for a 5:53 order of 14 tacos and a burger, haha. She is such a wonderful person. The tacos were the best I've had. Other locations are disgusting. Thank you to this location and Vita for a delicious breakfast.

Great service quick drive thru. They're more helpful at this location than most.
