Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónCould be higher if I had my lunch. created a delivery order by the app. the driver who should pick up my order, told me someone got it and was not sure what to do. So I'll call her. the first person I spoke to was pretty nice, but I could talk to the manager who refused to help somehow. the only star I give is for this guy and the customer service I had to call at some point. I switched off the phone to talk yo my driver and then I remembered that I did not order by the delivery service, but the burger king app itself. So I called back. the woman who answered (I suppose the manager) was extremely rude and informed me that it wasn't her problem because she made the food. yes, but I didn't receive it, and my driver wasn't the one who picked it up and the person who gave the other person the food never got their names. when I asked if she could make it up again, she said, no, we had already managed to get no order back that we have already sent and that I should try to find an 800 number to call because they could not do anything about it. called customer service that was extremely apologetic and said that they should of course take care of them in business. in short, I don't know how my eating was I never got it but who I guess is management must be retrained because they have bad customer service skills. now wait a week for my refund. all in all that took about an hour. great night. man, I have starved.
Well, I didn't get one of my burgers and two of the three others were wrong. I have no hairstyle. I'm not gonna give him a quit. I tried to call several times, they won't answer for free! the only thing that was right was the Dang-Hühner-Fries.
Service was fast. Food as ever consistent taste as in all locations.Place is clean.Did not rate it with 5 stars as the people talking the order do not have a clue to what is contained in any of the food items they serve.
Giving this location 2 stars is generous....only doing so because the food was as expected I do prefer a Burger King Croissandwich to an egg McMuffin any day. The hashbrowns were also hot and crisp. The problem is that I went into the store and stayed to eat. It was filthy the legs of the tables and chairs never cleaned and the tray the food was served on was sticky and grimy. Then I had to listen to the lead in the store lecture, ad nauseam, an employee that could only be described as a care free spirit devoid of any true work ethic. Note to self: if you want a quick and easy (and quiet) breakfast, go thru the drive thru.
The best whopper I have gotten from a burger King in many years I mean these gues even spaced out the pickles for me rather than just stacking them all on top of each other in one spot like most places. Keep up the good work fellas!
