Burger King - Lake Worth

I typically enjoy Burger King food, but this particular location was not up to par. They often ask customers to move forward and wait, which can be frustrating. During my last visit, I ordered a salad but no one was available to assist me, despite several cars coming and going. I eventually went inside and found the staff preoccupied with their phones and the kitchen looking messy. I decided to leave and instead went to Chick-fil-A, where the service is always exceptional and the food is consistently satisfying.

I received a new bank card without my request, supposedly due to a merchant I used being compromised. When I tried to use the new card at Burger King, it was rejected three times, even when I tried to use it as a debit card with my PIN. After calling the bank to complain, I was told that my card was locked because of issues with Burger King's credit card machines, suggesting possible credit card theft problems at the restaurant.

I always go to this Burger King and I don't know why I still go there when I have the worst experience, my food is usually always cold and the Pommes are always sitting there and they are not friendly. Today I went there and I got the number 13 chicken friars and they burned rock hard! This is the worst Burger King in history!

I always enjoy the food at this restaurant. It may take a few minutes to prepare, but it is cooked fresh and their prices are reasonable. The facility is clean and spacious, with large open windows.

The store could use constant cleaning. If you can get your food made to order it's way better. The coupon deals very affordable. My choice is the Whopper
