Tim Hortons - Lakefield

I might have reviewed the wrong Tim's. The one in Lakefield is a disaster. Just drive to McDonald's or to Peterborough for Wendy's. Three visits in a row last week and our order was wrong each time. On the third time, I gave up and didn't bother to complain. I know the staff have the correct order because it's correct on the screen. Pay attention to what the order is!! Get the bread right, the meat right and the sauce right! Please don't bother sending me a web address or phone number to give you any more details. Why is the onus on me to contact you any more! Take the time to check the operation yourself.

Bad. I can't here very good so I was having trouble hearing to order. I think they got upset with me and took it out on my order. 2 ceaser wraps all that was on them was lettuce and chicken. Also orderd 10 glazed timbits they where all plain. Waist of money will not be back.

The stepped tea doesn't taste good anymore the last few times, it was a disappointment. Tastes waterd down now. It was my favorite forever but I will not order it anymore. Please change back to whatever you were doing before. Thanks.

The service we received at the drive-thru on Saturday, October 7th at 2:30 in the afternoon was outstanding. From the moment the young man greeted us on the speaker to when we drove away, he was friendly and positive. It was a breath of fresh air.

Toasted sandwich is just warmed. Cannot put a sandwich together properly. Ham bunched up in one spot. Not spread out.
