Lakes Bakery - LAKES ENTRANCE

We were looking for a quick bite to eat while on the go. We opted for pre-made sandwiches, pastries, and rolls. Those who had coffee seemed pleased, but I can't speak to the quality since I didn't try it. I had a pasty that was delicious. The prices were reasonable and the food was good quality. The seating was also well-designed and comfortable.

We decided to visit this restaurant on a whim instead of having the planned fish and chips for dinner. My wife enjoyed her meal, but the party sausage roll and gingerbread were outstanding. I purchased sausages from a French terrace in Five Dock (Sydney) and have been comparing them ever since. The gingerbread had just the right amount of spice, and the texture was light and flaky. It was perfect! The cheesecake and French vanilla were also delicious. We have found a new favorite spot for our Sunday outings from now on.

The staff is extremely friendly! The cake is delicious and they have a great variety to choose from. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Poor service and inexperienced staff even though the staff outnumber the customers. Bakery it's not. Coffee, cake and stale bread rolls is what you get.
