Asked for one of the new sandwiches and they told me they hadn’t been shipped in.. yet, they were advertising them which isn’t their fault but one employee told me that all of the breakfast sandwiches/wraps were frozen other than one AFTER I had already paid for a different one. He gave me the only option left and still didn’t refund me for the price difference.
Yuck! I stopped here to get a cold foam cold brew and it was 1/2 cold foam, this made the drink too sweet and very greasy, and the cold brew was sour! also they where sold out of food like everything) which was the actual reason I stopped there in the first place, people it's only 2 PM stock up better
I ordered a cappuccino, but the entire experience was disappointing—there were only five sips of actual drink. It felt like a total waste of $5, especially since I have a cappuccino maker at home that brews a much better coffee. The desserts were also a letdown; they seemed stale and had been sitting out on a shelf for hours without any refrigeration.
The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was prompt, and the drinks were fantastic.
It's improving! The store is clean as always, and the staff is friendly. Today, there was no one in line, which was great because my coffee was ready right away. It was even amusing when they called my name— "Hey you over there!" I was in and out in just five minutes. That's how it should be!
