This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever worked in. The owner enforced a rule that all containers in the kitchen cannot be cleaned with soap and are only rinsed out haphazardly. Additionally, the prep cook does not receive any tips.
The staff did not inquire whether I qualified for a Veteran or Senior discount.
In the three years that my husband and I have lived in Tacoma, this restaurant is by far the best for this type of cuisine! The fried rice is incredible, and my husband also really loves the beef short ribs.
I've visited this restaurant a couple of times, and while it was good, it didn't really stand out. I think I'll try a different place next time.
