They had a large selection of beer and the food was amazing, especially the fish and chips cooked by the talented Magda. It was the full pub experience, from start to finish.
We decided to have dinner tonight and opted for a classic pub grub from The White Hart in Waterloo. We had heard good things about this place for drinks and food during Christmas time and have always enjoyed it. The ambiance is beautiful, with friendly staff and a great selection of beers. It is always bustling in the evenings with a diverse crowd. We decided to try their fish and chips, and we were not disappointed. The portion sizes were generous, with perfectly crispy batter and juicy white fish. Our favorite thing about this pub is its cozy atmosphere. It's a hidden gem in Waterloo, perfect for grabbing a few pints. There are plenty of pubs to choose from in the area, but this one is definitely one of the best! It's only a 5-minute walk from Southwark or Waterloo underground stations.
I stopped by for a casual pint on a Friday evening before dinner and I found a hidden gem! This local pub is fantastic. The food menu is appealing, the staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is great. There is a wide selection of beers to choose from. It's conveniently located close to Waterloo station and definitely worth checking out. I ended up returning for dinner later that night, and it was just as good as I had hoped. The food was hot, tasty, and served in generous portions. The service was excellent. The place had a lively atmosphere, reminiscent of what pubs used to be like before COVID-19. I think I've found my new go-to spot. Plus, they serve Faith on draft, which is a bonus.
I used to be in the white hard. it is very close to waterloo tube station. the place is a typical pub that serves a wide range of beer and spirituous as well as British cuisine. when I was there, I ordered the fish finger sandwich I loved and all the drinks we had, like we were four, we paid less than 70 pounds. the pub is in typical British style, but one thing is that it doesn't sit outside. it is also suitable for fans of British cuisine!
Cozy, relaxed and tidy little pub. arrived late in the evening on Monday and there was still a good amount. it was too late for food, but they have a deal on 3 teller for £13. they also have a selection of craft beers on rotation. I really liked the self-service water station I don't think I saw in any other facility. well maintained and beautifully decorated.
