Excellent hotel with exceptional service. The hotel reception in Belgian Limburg was perfect and the room was in great condition, with some extra amenities for the occasion. The sauna met our expectations, the bistro was lovely, and overall, our stay in Limburg was delightful. We now have a reason to visit more frequently - five stars.

The hotel is situated in a serene green setting, with a welcoming reception and great service. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The food is delicious, with creatively presented dishes. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance. It's perfect for families.

I will share my experience and let the readers form their own opinions. On our first night, we dined at the 2-star restaurant and had a fantastic and delightful experience. However, on the second night, when we requested a table in the main dining room, we were told that all tables were assigned and there was no possibility of getting a table there. Instead, we were seated in a different hall with a different atmosphere that felt more like a well-designed meeting room. We politely asked if we could move to the main room when a table became available, but we were told it was not possible. The waiter did not speak or understand French well, and the manager was rude and inflexible, even suggesting that we leave if we were not happy. While it may have been a misunderstanding, it is important for hotel staff to be accommodating to guests' preferences. Apologies for the 1-star review, but being rude to guests is not acceptable.

Great place to stay. Good personal service, nice rooms and upgrade for the birthday. Enjoyed the spa and the lovely evening. Everything checks out in this hotel, the staff will do anything to give you a good stay. room 5 shifts: 5 location: 4
