Panera Bread - Lancaster

1 Sandwich, a smooth and $1 cookie all but $20. Getting expensive. Additionally service was slow. I waited 15 20 min longer than the company I was with to receive my food. I was two people behind my company in line.

The manager refused to give us free dressing for our salad . Really disappointed because the website says is for free but she yells to me three times and different occasions just for order extra dressing on the side . I am really disappointed because youhave lunch like 5 times a week with my family at this location because my husband really loves the salads but this manager makesa terrible costumer service experience . I am in fear to ask for extra dressing again so sad ????

Don't know why when they line is being held up by someone that doesn't know what they want...... they can't move her to the line that requires extra assistance by the manager just standing there... then we saw someone trying to be tex with a leather cowboyhat and long flowing yucky locks of hair down his back... not tied... and he's just flipping it around like he's theprima..Donna... .. I thought hair was to be tied back

I'm really upset that I ate here today! I visited my sister near york pa. they had this beautiful, clean bread to eat. it was so clean eating was so delicious and it was really fresh. it looks so amazing. After I didn't go to my Fruitville-Pike for so many months, I decided to give it again. I order the pick-up two suppe and green divine salate when I got my meal, the salat did not look like the beautiful fresh salate I came down in york. I thought I'd come back, but I felt uncomfortable with the administration that nobody spoke to us. So I went away and home felt sick after what I ate. I am really sad of this experience because it felt so amazing down in york pa so wellnot after eating I went again two times. then I want to go to fruitville pike panra and after eating felt just so tired and tasty!

I was disappointed that no baguettes were available tonight. they have kiosks to order directly in registern, but they did not work. panera, I expected it better.
