All I can say is deep fried cocoa rolls sky in my mouth wow. I've never had such a good thing.

Found these young on the way to sooke after a terrible experience at a sushi place called sakura downton victoria, which were so rude and expensive, they ruined our order and we went.( Avoid them this place. love. these young have stopped so much on the way back from sooke to the city. super friendly and cut to the chase good domestic style Japanese eat almost food. the yaki soba and curry taste just like my old local restaurant in osaka when I was there for a year. the 2 complaining down below are ridiculous, which kind of atmosphere was that the guy is expecting..go to cactus club if they want a few chic craps so: beautiful Japanese family with big hearty rolls!

I ordered spicy aga dashi tofu, shrimp sumo mono salad, a lobster roll and a drachen roll. the aga dashi had a spicy ketchup sauce and no flocks. the suno mono salate tasted good, but had hardly any nudity. both lols were boiled. It...was not enough ingwer or wasabi for a roll never mind 2. I was told that the waiting period was 25 min. it was 45 min. if the dame let the cash register check and the order pack could help them more in the kitchen. will not return.

Also as take out, the food was delicious! My husband, I had both the Chicken Teriyaki dinner we had each one role and were very happy with everything we got, and only waited 20 min to be made for everything... Very recommended!

We had a very good dinner, comprising of two entrees, an appetizer and a side. The chef and server, James, was very attentive and friendly. The food was fresh, innovative and delicious! Being able to talk to James and exchange ideas and comments was a...plus. The decor is pleasant and simple. The dinning area was clean. Our dishes came fast, even though we didn't request that; we were quite prepared for a pleasantly paced dinner.
